CONTRIBUTORS

The Portage Health Foundation desires to embrace all avenues of contributing whether that be your time, talent, or treasure. We encourage our community members to get involved in whatever capacity they have to offer.

GRANT PARTNERS

The Portage Health Foundation encourages grant partnerships within the community that emphasize collaborative and sustainable projects.

COVID-19 Community Recovery Fund

We're answering the needs of our community with the creation of a restricted fund to be used for the distribution of health/humanitarian relief to residents in the four-county community PHF serves. Distribution of the monies will be used to help offset non-federally covered expenses for municipalities, citizens and other relief efforts.

2019 Governor's Service Award Winner

After a flood ravaged our community in June 2018, we stepped up to help those in need. To date, we've expended more than $2 million and helped raise $950,000 in private and corporate donations to help those affected. This summer that effort was recognized as Portage Health Foundation was recognized as one of the 2019 Governor's Service Award Winners.
