Portage Health Foundation delivers nearly $400,000 to non-profits

Portage Health Foundation--- After incredible community response, board chips in additional $50,000 ---

On Thursday, December 19, Portage Health Foundation (PHF) visited 15 non-profit organizations from throughout the four-county community to deliver nearly $400,000 in checks, including an additional $50,000 that the PHF Board of Directors voted to add after the community donated more than $248,000 on #GivingTuesday. The largest check was more than $101,000 (Little Brothers Friends of the Elderly), and all non-profits received at least $5,500 through the third-year program titled "Put Your Money Where Your Heart Is."
